The Steam Summer Sale 2012 is on and Dawn of War series games will be found on it. For now, there is the THQ Collection which has Dawn of War II and both expansions, as well as Space Marine on the 40K front and Company of Heroes on the RTS front from Relic, but other THQ games as well. There might be a daily deal or such later on.
