Interview with balance designer, 3.18 patch notes updated

GameReplays.org has posted an interview with Relic's lead balance designer for Dawn of War II: Retribution, Braden "bC" Chan, about the upcoming 3.18 balance patch. The 3.18 patch notes on the GameReplays.org forum have also been updated with new changes (the new additions being at the bottom of each section).
