A powerful support hero, the Terminators bring solid ranged firepower and an excellent buff to Devastator squads.
Abilities[]
- Teleport
- The Terminator squad teleports to an area in range, causing Knockback to enemies in a circle
- Cyclone missing barrage
- After a brief setup delay, launches Cyclone Missile charges at the target area one at a time, causing damage especially to vehicles and buildings. Builds up charges as the Terminators fight; after they have been out of combat for a few seconds the charges are lost rather quickly.
Elite Doctrines[]
- Terminator's Presence - Devastation (Initial Doctrine)
- While the Terminators are deployed, all Devastator squads no longer need to set up or tear down their weapons.
- Terminator's Command - Focused Shot (Unlockable Doctrine)
- Devastators fire a focused lascannon at the target vehicle. Causes Silence, Slow and Disables Attacks.
General Notes[]
One of the best ranged elites available, not only is the firepower of the Terminator squad themselves significant, their passive buff to Devastators cannot be underestimated. Having Bolter Devastators able to run and gun, instantly reacting to enemies and laying down heavy firepower the moment they are detected eliminates the one biggest weakness of Devastators: being quickly rushed by melee forces while they set up and crippled by knockbacks forcing them to set up again.
