Simply Boyz with guns, these Orks are the army’s primary ranged infantry. Armed with the crude but effective Shoota, these units aren’t the most accurate but more than make up for it with volume of fire and sheer damage output. Shoota Boyz are also fairly resourceful, being able to loot scrap to create their own grenades, inflicting knockback on foes as well as significant damage.
A Doctrine allows for Shoota Boyz that have looted Stikbombs to periodically throw one automatically at any enemy in range, without affecting the cooldown of the normal active ability. Note that the Stikbomb range is maybe half that of their guns so this will happen more often against rushing melee squads, but it can still cause quite a bit of damage especially if followed up by the regular active ability.
