Dawn of War Wiki

Wargear is a Warhammer 40,000 term for optional equipment. Wargear items in the Dawn of War II campaign are awarded for completing missions and for defeating enemies. The drops and mission rewards are mostly random.

If an item is not needed, it can be scrapped by dragging it into the Librarium panel at the inventory screen. This awards additional experience points (XP). If the donated item is unique (i.e., green or blue), it cannot be found again.

Wargear items are color-coded into three tiers according to their quality:

  • White – Common
  • Green – Rare
  • Blue – Epic

Missile Launchers[]

The best anti-vehicle and anti-building weapon, but the worst for infantry and heavy infantry due to slow rate of fire and incredibly low accuracy (9%) against them. They will always be very accurate against vehicles. These weapons are better against vehicles than the Plasma Cannons due to the accuracy and higher damage vs vehicle armor. The best one is The Pitiless Lance of Vengeance.

3 Tactical Relocator

11 Rare Force Commander
  • Grants the Teleport ability

15 Rare Force Commander
  • Grants the Teleport ability
  • +23 Armor Rating

2 High Precision Teleporter

16 Epic Force Commander
  • Grants the Teleport ability
  • +7% Movement Speed
  • +3.9 Health Regeneration
"The Techpriests and servitors began the ritual of teleportation, singing a sonorous chant of devotion to the Omnissiah. Then they felt solid ground below them once more."

This version incorporates a litany of protection against the Warp - making for a slightly easier transit.
5 Combat Teleporter

19 Rare Force Commander
  • Grants the Teleport ability
  • +15% Melee Damage
Fitted with a unique optimized power generator interface, this Terminator teleporter device is fully one quarter more efficient than comparable models, allowing the suit's energy to be diverted to other tasks.
