Durable ranged unit that can shoot normally while suppressed. Emits an aura that slows nearby enemies. Their deaths heal friendly units and damage enemies. Missile launcher is effective against vehicles. Data version: 2.6.0

Plague Marines (PM) are slow, bloated servants of NurgleChaos Space Marines corrupted by disease. In gameplay terms, they serve as strong heavy infantry that moves slowly but is very difficult to force off the field. They take large amounts of damage before exploding in showers of gore which heals the remaining models and extends their staying power again.

  • Anti-vehicle unit (despite the decorator) with some anti-melee ability
  • High health and exceptional health regeneration
  • Damage output is rather low, but bolters deal DoT (damage over time)
  • Very slow, but aura also slows nearby infantry and missiles slow vehicles
  • When a Plague Marine dies, enemies within radius 8 suffer 80 points of explosive_pvp damage, knockback and -20% damage output for 10 seconds. Friendly units are healed for 150 points instead.
