The Commissar is an Imperial Guard unit in Dark Crusade. His primary role is to make the guardsmen fight harder in the Emperor's name.

- These fearless leaders are the backbone of the Imperial Guard.
- Boosts the morale and health regeneration of any squad he is attached to.
- Can execute cowards to make other Infantry fight harder.
Strategy[]
The commissar can be attached to squads of guardsmen to boost their morale. Their execute ability allows them to double the attack speed of other members of the squad at the cost of one of your men. However individual guardsmen are so cheap and quick to reinforce that this shouldn't be a problem.
