ELITE POINTS: 3
Abilities[]
- Sneaky (active): The Kommando throws a stunbomb at his position. Stealths the Kommando, increasing his Speed for a duration and causes Stun in a small circle. Stealth is removed if they are capturing, attack or get Detected.
- Stun Trap (active): The Kommando plants a mine at the target location that triggers based on proximity. Causes Stun in a circle until the trap is destroyed or it expires
- Booby Trap (active): Rigs his Stun Trap or a Scrap pile to explode after a delay. Causes Damage in an expanding circle.
- Boom Stik (passive): The Kommando unloads a blast from his special shoota, causing Normal damage in a cone. After 2 shots must be reloaded.
- Kommando's Presence - Rokkit Jump (Initial Doctrine): When the Kommando is deployed, Tankbustas and Killa Kans can fire their rokkits at their feet, jumping to the target position and giving them Stealth.
- Kommando's Command - Warning Grot (Unlockable Doctrine): The Deffkopta can place a Gretchin that triggers a flare based on proximity. Causes Damage, Stun and provides Vision in a circle. At level 8 it unlocks as a full Doctrine.
General Notes[]
A cheap Elite and you get what you pay for, but the Kommando can still be useful. If you can get him into range of an infantry squad his two shotgun blasts can do a LOT of damage to them in a hurry, but this is almost from melee range. Trying to charge a heavy gunner squad with suppression won't go well for you. In general his abilities have limited usefulness, he has almost no effect against vehicles and concentrated fire can drop him relatively quickly unless he uses Sneaky to escape, but if used carefully he can still have an effect.
